Job Description
- Manage a team of 10-15 associates handling voice processes such as email support, chat support, data entry, etc.
- Monitor team performance to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance targets are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance evaluations for team members.
- Motivate, mentor, and guide team members to foster a positive work environment and achieve team goals.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Analyse team performance data and prepare reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
