·      Cash collection shift wise

·      Movie inquiry

·      Reports & stocks

·      Online/ Offline/ cash transaction; Query solve

·      Refund & exchange management & Wrong ticket issue

·  Change schedule

·      Movie banner/Publicity

·      Payment issue solve

·  Transaction- und Ticketausgabezeitmanagement

Canteen: Morning shift (9 AM to 7 PM)

Night Shift (3PM to Closing)

·       Report on duty & float distribution

·       Stock opening & closing process

·       Difference report

·       Cleaning of counter & Set up Canteen

·       Availability of foods & Orders

·       Display

·       Shift handover & closure

·       Counter staff: Billing

·       Preparation Staff: Prepare Canteen items

·  Helper: Give order

·       Order-taking staff: seat by seat

·       Serve food to online-booked customers.

·       Order taking before & after interval

·       Store management

·       Inventory management

·       Pre-food quality check

·       Interwise report prepare

·       Wastage report
