Team Member - ABEX
Responsibilities
| Billing & Invoicing Execution | Prepare invoices, validate contracts, ensure correct tariffs, process monthly billing. |
| Validation & Compliance | Check DOA/NFA compliance, verify GST/TCS, maintain audit trail. |
| Coordination & Stakeholder Management | Coordinate with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Banking, and customers. |
| Revenue Accounting Support | Share invoice details, support GL reconciliation, resolve accounting issues. |
| Documentation & Record Management | Maintain billing documents, submit originals to banks/customers. |
| MIS, Reporting & Dashboard Updates | Update billing trackers, dashboards, and exception reports. |
| Credit Management Support | Check credit approval, LC tracking, escalate approval gaps. |
| Process Improvement & Controls | Support automation, participate in UAT, reduce manual errors. |
| Issue Resolution & Escalation | Raise deviations (missing LC, excess dispatch), track corrective actions. |
