Team Member - ABEX

Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing ExecutionPrepare invoices, validate contracts, ensure correct tariffs, process monthly billing.
Validation & ComplianceCheck DOA/NFA compliance, verify GST/TCS, maintain audit trail.
Coordination & Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Banking, and customers.
Revenue Accounting SupportShare invoice details, support GL reconciliation, resolve accounting issues.
Documentation & Record ManagementMaintain billing documents, submit originals to banks/customers.
MIS, Reporting & Dashboard UpdatesUpdate billing trackers, dashboards, and exception reports.
Credit Management SupportCheck credit approval, LC tracking, escalate approval gaps.
Process Improvement & ControlsSupport automation, participate in UAT, reduce manual errors.
Issue Resolution & EscalationRaise deviations (missing LC, excess dispatch), track corrective actions.
