Team Member - B&T

 

Team Member - Business Treasury Capital Finance The Capital Finance Operation role is essential in supporting the business units (BU) by managing all activities related to capital finance. This position requires moderate experience in handling overall capital finance-related activities.

The individual will executing the capital financing related operation work as assigned by Team Lead in coordination with BU Team. He will manage the processes for securing funds through various channels, such as equity and debt as per the guidance of Team Lead & BU. Additionally, the individual will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to capital management. Operations Management: Support the capital finance operations, including the issuance and administration of equity, debt, bonds, working capital, and commercial papers.

Capital Financing Strategy & Risk Mitigation: Contribute to the design and implementation of efficient processes for capital finance operations. Identify process gaps and potential risks, and assist in implementing corrective measures. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies as per requirement. 

Quality & Compliance Management: Ensure quality assurance in all capital finance operations. Maintain high standards of control to comply with financial regulations and company policies.

Process Improvement & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in capital finance processes and suggest improvements. Promote the use of automation solutions for better process management.

Training & Development: Participate in training programs to stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements. Seek opportunities for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness. Internal Stakeholders:

CA /  MBA (Finance) / ICWA / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.

Work Experience: 
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Capital Financing & Compliance Management  

Industry: Preferably from a Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Finance Industry with experience In fund raising
