Team Member - B2P

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily operational activities as per defined processes and SOPs
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions / records / reports
  • Maintain proper documentation and records in physical and digital formats
  • Monitor assigned tasks to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
    • Accuracy and timeliness of work
    • Compliance adherence
    • Quality of documentation and reporting
    • Stakeholder satisfaction
    • Process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or relevant field
  • 1 Years
  • SAP knowledge is must
  • Experience in shared service / similar set-up preferable
