Team Member - Business Excellence

Responsibilities

• Assess, standardize, and enhance processes and SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain a robust process landscape with standardized templates.
• Drive process assurance, adoption and compliance through effective training, audit and monitoring.
• Ensure timely updates and implementation of necessary digital enhancements.
• Lead and complete QC improvement projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Provide training and support for site teams to enhance CI effectiveness.
• Support the BE partner to drive BEx initiatives such as Kaizen, AWMS, IMS, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business excellence, process improvement, Operational Excellence or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Process assurance, SOP management, Quality Circles, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Experience with digitization projects and managing digital portals.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Familiar with tools like Microsoft Visio, Aries, Value String Mapping.
