Team Member - Corporate Finance

Job Purpose: The Analyst – Corporate Finance is responsible for supporting financial modeling, data analysis, transaction execution, and reporting to drive strategic financial decisions. This role provides critical support in capital raising, M&A activities, financial structuring, and compliance, ensuring alignment with corporate finance objectives.

Team Member Analyst

Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties

- Assist in organizing investor meetings, calls, and events across 7 listed entities.

- Maintain and update investor databases using Miracle IR, Nasdaq IR Insight, and Bloomberg Terminal.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Legal, Business Units) to gather relevant information for investor queries.

- Track investor interactions and prepare summaries for senior management.

- Support the preparation of investor decks and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel for investor metrics, shareholding patterns, and peer benchmarking.

- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of publicly available information to investors.

 

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CFA/FRM/MBA preferred.

Functional Skills

- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling) and PowerPoint (designing clean, professional presentations).

- Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, Miracle IR, and Nasdaq IR Insight tools.

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Organize and manage large-scale investor events, requiring event planning and coordination skills.

- Manage and maintain large Excel databases for investor tracking and analysis.

- Possess basic understanding of IT software functionalities to support IR tools and platforms.

- Maintain macro-level understanding of utilities, infrastructure, and cement sectors.

- Stay updated on news and developments related to these sectors to provide timely insights.
