Team Member - Finance

Responsibilities

  Alignment with Business Objectives

  • Ensure financial processes and reporting are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with Business Units (BU) on matters concerning financial statements.

  Financial Reporting and Book Closure

  • Drive timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

  Audit Coordination

  • Liaise with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure.
  • Review audit schedules in line with statutory liabilities and auditor requirements.
  • Ensure closure of audit queries within agreed timelines.

  Regulatory and Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure timely filing of XBRL and other statutory submissions as per accounting policies.
  • Oversee tax and regulatory compliance across all relevant jurisdictions.

  Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence

  • Meet agreed SLAs for all finance-related deliverables and processes.

  Finance GCC Agenda

  • Drive projects under the Finance Global Capability Centre (GCC) agenda.
  • Partner with IT for continuous system improvements and automation initiatives.

  Transition and Change Management

  • Actively participate in new process transitions and integration activities.

  People and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Encourage team connectivity and collaboration.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including BU Finance & Accounts, Site teams, Secretarial, Central Treasury, CATO, auditors, and tax consultants.

  Performance Management

  • Ensure adherence to PMS (Performance Management System) guidelines for team development and evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance
  • 10 to 15 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Ind AS, Sch III requirements, CARO compliance, Related Party Transactions, GST & Income Tax, SEBI LODR
  • Knowledge of SAP
