Job Description

Team Member - PIM (CM/SPC)

Configuration of COTS as well as other in-house tools for construction activities.
Identifying gaps in construction activities and input for system development to HO / CIM for digital project execution.
Responsible for deploying digital architecture developed for the project with the help of project information manager.
Participation in model reviews along with project site personnel and verification of constructability of the developed scheme.
Conducting workshop for internal construction teams and seek feedback for pain areas and digital system requirement.
Aligning various contractors and imparting training for producing digital documents as per project requirement.
Managing queries of all contractors in terms of documentation and system interaction.
Detailing MTO compilation from Spoolgen and TEKLA and its comparison with engineering MTO data for the project.
Analysis of work front availability and providing visibility to material control team for particular project.
Management of tag data and its issuance to the contractor, reconciliation of additional or lost material and posting additional material requirement through system for plant if any.
Ensuring Pay-item mapping within system against specific project WBS.
Managing loop completion and iso clearance activities digitally to aid the site personnel for the project.

Mechanical completion parameters validation through automated system for specific plant.
Managing the flow of Site Engineering request (SER), PCO, FCN as well as MOC job management for particular project.
Progress reporting in terms of work and activity completion to management for project.
Coordination with construction managers and Project managers, discipline from HO to bridge the gap of digital execution and streamlining the process.
Managing information of fabrication and erection activities within the shop as well as site.
Understanding of all construction deliverable and its lifecycle during project execution.

▪Bachelor/ Post Graduate degree in Engineering
▪15+ years’ of experience in managing construction activities for mega project execution.
▪Experience in integrated environment across E P & C applications.
▪Experience in Oil and Gas/Chemical/Petrochemical
▪Experience of project execution in digital management of construction activities for project.
▪Vendor relationship and contractor management skills
