RPA Automation Developer

Team Member – RPA Automation

 

1. Bot Development & Deployment

• Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using Automation Anywhere.
• Build scalable and modular bots with strong exception handling, logging, and version control.
• Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.

2. Platform & Infrastructure Support

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the RPA platform, including control rooms and bot runners.
• Monitor bot performance, manage scheduling, and perform proactive troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams for platform patching, network access, and compliance requirements.

3. Issue Resolution & Bot Optimization

• Debug failed bots, analyze logs, and implement fixes within defined SLAs.
• Enhance bot logic and improve performance based on change requests and user feedback.
• Maintain updated documentation for bot designs, configurations, and platform SOPs.

4. Change Management & Release Support

• Participate in deployment of new bots and version upgrades following RPA governance standards.
• Prepare release plans and support migration to production environments.
• Coordinate with Lead – RPA Automation for approvals, audits, and production readiness.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• RPA certifications preferred (Automation Anywhere certifications are an added advantage).

Work Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A2019 or later preferred).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or VB.
• Exposure to ITIL, Agile delivery frameworks, or SDLC best practices.
