Job Description
Team Member – RPA Automation
Responsibilities
1. Bot Development & Deployment
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using Automation Anywhere.
- Build scalable and modular bots with strong exception handling, logging, and version control.
- Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams.
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the RPA platform, including control rooms and bot runners.
- Monitor bot performance, manage scheduling, and perform proactive troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams for platform patching, network access, and compliance requirements.
- Debug failed bots, analyze logs, and implement fixes within defined SLAs.
- Enhance bot logic and improve performance based on change requests and user feedback.
- Maintain updated documentation for bot designs, configurations, and platform SOPs.
- Participate in deployment of new bots and version upgrades following RPA governance standards.
- Prepare release plans and support migration to production environments.
- Coordinate with Lead – RPA Automation for approvals, audits, and production readiness.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- RPA certifications preferred (Automation Anywhere certifications are an added advantage).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in RPA development.
- Hands‑on experience with Automation Anywhere (A2019 or later preferred).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or VB.
- Exposure to ITIL, Agile delivery frameworks, or SDLC best practices.
