Team Member (STRAP)

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of corporate/business strategic plans and initiatives.  Conduct research and analysis to support the identification of business growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights, and inputs for strategic planning processes.  Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership.  Participate in the evaluation of potential partnerships, investments, and other strategic opportunities.  Support the implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of strategic initiatives.  Stay updated on industry best practices and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.  Contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate planning processes and frameworks.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Certification required  Professional certification in Strategic Planning or related areas is a plus.
