Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for driving innovative practices into delivery and bringing depth of expertise to a delivery engagement. Your typical day will involve working with clients in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements, analyze, design, and/or implement technology best practice business changes related to SAP HCM Payroll. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of SAP HCM Payroll solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. - Provide subject matter expertise on SAP HCM Payroll to clients and internal teams, including knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP HCM Payroll solutions, including integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project documentation to ensure timely and successful delivery of SAP HCM Payroll solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP HCM Payroll best practices and technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP HCM Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. - Experience with integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Experience in developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and other project documentation. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP HCM Payroll solutions. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
