Technical Assistant (CPO Office )

• Assist the CPO in technical decision-making by conducting detailed engineering design reviews and evaluations.
• Provide project management support for ongoing coal mining and chemical conversion projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct technical evaluations of supplier proposals and equipment specifications to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize coal mining processes and integrate environmentally sustainable practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, design specifications, and performance reports.
• Monitor and analyze project progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support the implementation of advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Facilitate communication between the Head and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Provide technical insights and recommendations to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Coal to Chemical business unit.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and operational benchmarks while focusing on measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is essential.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering design, project management, and technical evaluation within the energy or mining sector.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and delivering technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is required.
• Advanced certifications in project management or technical evaluation are preferred.

Years & Type of Experience

• 10+ years of experience in engineering design and project management within the coal mining or energy sector.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical proposals and optimize operational processes.
