Job Description: Technical Expert (IT Technologies)

Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift (US Timings) | 5 Days a Week

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Summary

We are hiring a Technical Expert to deliver job-oriented, hands-on training for the USA

candidates. Trainers should have strong knowledge in one or more of the following

technologies and the ability to mentor candidates from basic to interview-ready level.

• Quality Assurance (QA – Manual & Automation)

• Full-Stack Development

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live technical training sessions (US time zones)
• Provide hands-on labs, real-time projects, and assignments
• Prepare candidates for technical screenings and interviews
• Guide on resume projects and real-world use cases
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and feedback sessions

Requirements

• 0-1 year of hands-on experience in one or more listed technologies
• Prior training or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working in night shift
