DSM EDM Engineering Products is engaged in CNC Wire Cut EDM machine sales and industrial precision solutions. The company is expanding its presence in Ahmedabad and is looking for a performance-driven technical sales professional.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Field Technical Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling CNC Wire Cut EDM machines in Ahmedabad industrial areas. The role involves factory visits, lead follow-ups, machine demonstrations, and target-based sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct factory visits across Ahmedabad GIDC areas
• Follow up on company-generated leads
• Generate new leads through field visits
• Arrange and coordinate machine demonstrations
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Handle customer objections and negotiations
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain daily visit and follow-up reports

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• 1–4 years experience in industrial field sales
• Freshers with strong technical background may apply

Skill Requirements:

• Industrial Field Sales Experience
• Basic Mechanical or CNC Knowledge
• Gujarati Communication (Fluent – Mandatory)
• Hindi Communication (Good)
• English Written Communication (Basic)
• Target-Oriented Mindset
• Strong Follow-Up and Closing Ability
• Willingness for extensive field visits
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license

Salary and Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15000 – ₹28,000 (Based on experience)

Performance Expectation:

• Minimum 15–20 factory visits per week
• Active follow-up on all assigned leads
• Expected first machine closure within 90 days
