Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of technical/development programs and projects, including the coordination of resources, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and requirements
• Act as a Program level SPOC for budget, timelines, risk, communications and delivery aspects
• Work with the initiative owner to deliver create a cross BU resource balanced Program/Project plan for effective delivery of project
• Drive all aspects of Program delivery – on time, within budget and with right function/scope.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and efficient project delivery
• Oversee risk management activities and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Manage the integration of Cloud technologies into IT solutions, ensuring scalability and security
• Provide expertise in software engineering best practices and SDLC to drive quality and reliability
• Utilize strong business acumen to align technical solutions with organizational objectives
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and status
• Identify and resolve program and project issues to maintain progress and momentum
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing and collaborative culture

Qualifications

Education Qualification

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence

Certification Required

• Preferred certifications in Agile methodologies and Cloud technologies
• Preferred certification from Project Management Institute – e.g. PMP Certification.

Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in the Information Technology Solutions industry
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and programs
• Specific experience working with AGILE methodologies and managing S/W engineering and product development
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
