Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Solar Products

Experience: 1–2 Years (Solar / Electrical / Renewable Energy Preferred)

About the Company Delphin Energy Private Limited is a leading manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of Solar Pumps, Solar Panels, and Solar Street Lights since 2016, with advanced in-house high-tech manufacturing facilities in Ahmedabad.

• Job Responsibilities Promote and sell solar products including Solar Pumps, Solar Panels, and Solar Street Lights.
• Provide technical product explanations to dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional clients.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solar solutions based on load calculation and site feasibility.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
• Conduct site visits and assist with basic technical assessments.
• Coordinate with the technical and production team for project execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop dealer/distributor network in assigned territory.
• Stay updated on MNRE guidelines and solar subsidy schemes (if applicable).
• Technical Skills Required Strong understanding of solar PV systems and components.
• Knowledge of DC/AC systems, inverters, controllers, and solar pump technology.
• Ability to explain wattage calculation, load estimation, and system sizing.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and installation process.
• Familiarity with tender-based or government solar projects is an advantage.
• Educational QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy.
