Job Description

Job Summary:


We are hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical knowledge to support the sales of our products and services. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to explain product features and benefits clearly to clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  Promote and sell technical products and solutions to B2B or B2C clients


  Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals


  Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations


  Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations


  Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical specifications


  Maintain regular follow-ups and close deals effectively


  Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to stay updated on offerings


  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM


  Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets


  Attend industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows (if required)


Requirements:


  Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field


  Proven experience in technical or solution-based sales (preferred 1–3 years)


  Strong technical knowledge of the company’s products/services (training will be provided)


  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


  Ability to build and maintain customer relationships


  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team


  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
