Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing strategies for our range of hydraulic power packs and cylinders. This role requires a strong understanding of hydraulic systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.



Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:

·        Client Acquisition:

o   Identify and target potential customers in the industrial, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.

o   Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital channels.


·        Sales Presentations:

o   Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our hydraulic power packs and cylinders.

o   Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and pain points.


·        Negotiation and Closing:

o   Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.

0 Ensure that all sales agreements comply with company policies and profitability targets.


·        Customer Relationship Management:

o   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

o   Provide ongoing support and service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.


·        Sales Targets:

o   Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

o   Report on sales performance, including pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and sales conversion rates.


Marketing Responsibilities:

·        Market Research:

o   Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

o   Use insights to develop targeted marketing campaigns and strategies.

·        Digital Marketing:

o   Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media.

o   Create and maintain content for the company website, social media platforms, and online advertising.

·        Product Marketing:

o   Develop marketing materials, such as brochures, product datasheets, and case studies, to support sales efforts.

o   Coordinate with the design team to create visually compelling marketing collateral.

·        Event Management:

o   Plan and execute participation in trade shows, industry conferences, and other events to promote the company’s products.

o   Organize product launches, seminars, and webinars to engage with potential clients.

·        Brand Management:

o   Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.

o   Enhance the company’s brand presence and reputation in the market.

·        Reporting and Analysis:

o   Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

Provide regular reports on key metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).


Requisite Skills: Strong understanding of hydraulic systems and their applications.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Desired Skills: Reasonable and logical thinker


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background or certification in hydraulic systems is a plus.
