Technical Trainer Hair

The Technical Hair Trainer will be responsible for conducting professional training programs, demonstrations, and technical support for salons and hairstylists. The role focuses on improving product adoption, service quality, and partner satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities
• Technical Training & Education Conduct product and service training for salon partners and hairstylists
• Demonstrate hair treatments, color applications, and professional techniques
• Train on correct product usage, mixing ratios, and treatment protocols
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and live demonstrations
• Field Support for on-ground training and support
• Assist in new salon onboarding and activation
• Resolve technical queries related to hair concerns, treatments, and results
• Ensure proper implementation of Atoma service standards
• Product Adoption & Business Support Educate salons on product benefits and service profitability
• Increase product usage and repeat orders through training
• Support product launches and promotional activities
• Content & Knowledge Development Assist in creating technical manuals, SOPs, and training materials
• Support video/demo content creation for education and marketing
• Stay updated with latest hair trends, techniques, and innovations
• Required Skills Strong knowledge of:
• Hair color theory and application
• Hair treatments (smoothening, keratin, botox, etc.)
• Hair and scalp analysis
• Excellent demonstration and training skills
• Strong communication and presentation ability
• Professional and confident personality
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Eligibility Criteria Diploma/Certification in Hairdressing / Cosmetology
• 3–8 years of experience as Senior Hairstylist / Hair Trainer / Technical Educator
• Experience with professional hair brands or salon chains preferred
