Techno Commercial Executive - Ropeways

• Manage supplier relationships, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and performance monitoring, to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
• Prepare, review, and execute contracts, ensuring compliance with business requirements and alignment with project timelines.
• Maintain and manage all technical and commercial documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the engineering and procurement teams to align technical specifications with commercial terms.
• Support the Ropeways Business in tendering processes, including bid preparation, evaluation, and finalization.
• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular updates to the Techno Commercial Head to ensure financial control.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions for the Ropeways Business.
• Ensure alignment of procurement and contract management activities with the Ropeways Business’s operational and strategic priorities.
• Assist in resolving disputes with suppliers and contractors, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in supplier management, contract preparation, and documentation within the infrastructure or EPC sector.
• Proven track record in managing procurement and commercial functions for large-scale infrastructure projects.

 

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Advanced certifications in Supply Chain Management or Contract Management are preferred.

 

Years & Type of Experience

• 5 to 8 years of experience in techno-commercial roles within the infrastructure or EPC industry.
• Hands-on experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and documentation processes.
