Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely resolution of challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of subscription lifecycle management and billing processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing cloud-based subscription management solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect subscription management with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
