TELE COUNSELLOR

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Counsellor to guide students interested in studying abroad and MBBS admissions. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out studnets and parents over call, follow ups, handling inquiries, counselling students over calls, and converting leads into appointments and admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Outbound calls for MBBS admissions or study abroad inquiries
• Counsel students regarding courses, universities, countries, and visa processes and creating appointments.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable options
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
• Convert leads into confirmed admissions
• Coordinate with the admissions and visa team
• Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quaterly targets for student appointments and conversions

Requirements

0–3 years experience in tele calling / counselling (study abroad preferred)

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred)

Strong convincing and sales skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Ability to work under targets and pressure
