• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, social media, online platforms, and market research.
• Collect and verify contact details of potential clients and decision-makers.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and forward them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM or internal databases.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to nurture potential leads.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and report performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
