Telecaller

Responsibilities:

1. Interacting via various channels, such as emails and direct calls
2. Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
3. Put forward suggestions to the senior in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
4. Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action

1. Strong communication abilities
2. Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
3. The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
4. Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
5. Ability to listen and solve problems
6. Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm
7. Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
