Job Title: Telecaller – Student Visa Consultancy

Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our Student Visa Consultancy team. The candidate will be responsible for cold calling, explaining study abroad admission and visa processes, and following up with prospective students to convert inquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound cold calls to students and parents from provided leads

- Explain study abroad options, admission procedures, and student visa processes

- Provide accurate information about countries, universities, courses, intake periods, and eligibility

- Handle inbound calls and respond to student inquiries professionally

- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students via calls, WhatsApp, or email

- Schedule counselling appointments for senior counsellors

- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or records

- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with students

- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets

- Coordinate with counsellors and documentation teams

- Address basic objections and doubts related to fees, visa success, timelines, etc.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

- Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)

- Basic knowledge of study abroad / student visa process (training can be provided)

- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude

- Ability to handle rejection and work with targets

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)

- Freshers can apply; experience in education or visa consultancy is a plus
