Telecaller

Job Title: Tele Caller (Male Only)

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Preferred Location: Within 10–15 KM from Office

• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers.
• Promote company products/services and explain offers clearly.
• Generate leads and fix appointments for sales team.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Maintain call records and customer data accurately.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain professional communication at all times.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 6 months experience as a Tele Caller.
• Male candidates only.
• Residing within 10–15 km from office location (preferred).
• Good communication skills in Hindi/English/local language.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Punctual and disciplined.
• Willing to work long-term with the organization.
