🎬 Job OverviewWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Pitambra Film & Production. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, artists, and partners to inform them about our film production services, casting opportunities, and promotional projects.

• 📋 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients, artists, and collaborators.
• Explain services related to film production, casting, promotions, and events.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a database of contacts and update call records.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into potential opportunities.
• Schedule meetings or auditions when required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and artists.
• 🎯 RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of the film or media industry is a plus.
• Comfortable speaking on phone for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets).
• Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
• ⭐ Preferred SkillsSales or telecalling experience.
• Fluent in Hindi / Gujarati / English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
