Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services & new vendors also.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and offers.
• Maintain daily call logs and update the CRM with call outcomes.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving complaints.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication.

Required Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (E-commerce experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus).
