Telecaller

Key responsibilities

• Outbound calls: Initiate calls to potential and existing clients to introduce home health care services, explain benefits, and generate leads.
• Inbound calls: Answer incoming calls from patients and their families to answer questions about services, appointments, and billing.
• Appointment scheduling: Schedule new appointments and manage existing ones for in-home assessments, caregiver visits, and other services.
• Information provision: Accurately provide detailed information on available services, company offerings, and any special programs or discounts.
• Record keeping: Maintain a detailed and accurate log of all call activities, patient information, and interactions in the CRM system.
• Customer support: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant team as needed.
• Coordination: Work with the central team to assist with patient onboarding and provide support.
• Follow-up: Follow up with potential clients to move them through the enrollment process and with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
