Job Title: Telecaller – BFSI Industry

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Description:We are hiring an experienced Telecaller from the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) industry for our Ahmedabad location. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and prior experience in handling BFSI-related calling processes such as loans, insurance, or financial products.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for BFSI products (loans, insurance, credit cards, etc.)
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Generate leads and close sales as per targets
• Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company policies and BFSI regulations
• Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in the BFSI industry
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Basic computer knowledge
• Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
• Average Incentive: ₹5,000 per month (performance-based)
