Telecaller

Role & responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote trading products
• Generate sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products
• Share product details, pricing, availability, and commercial terms
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for order closure
• Maintain customer database and update daily call reports
• Handle incoming customer enquiries and resolve basic queries
• Follow up on quotations and pending orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets

Required Skills:

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Email communication
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of solar trading products will be an added advantage
