Job Overview: We are looking for aggressive and result-oriented Telecallers to join our sales team. Your main job is to do Cold Calling on student data, generate interest in our NEET/JEE courses, and convince parents to visit our center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to raw data (students of class 8th to 12th).
• Lead Generation: Pitch our "Scholarship Exams" and "Free Demo Classes" to parents who may not know about us yet.
• Appointment Setting: The primary target is to get the parent to agree to a center visit.
• Follow-up: Rigorously follow up with interested parents until they visit.

Requirements:

• Confidence: Must not be afraid of hearing "No". Ability to handle rejection on calls.
• Language: Fluent Hindi is a must. Basic English and Gujarati are preferred.
• Discipline: Must be able to sit and make back-to-back calls without fatigue.
• Experience: Previous experience in cold calling (Credit cards, Insurance, Loans, or Education) is a plus. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
