Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, promote company products/services, and close sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

• Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain accurate call and sales records
• Handle customer objections and queries professionally
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures if required
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills in English / Hindi / Regional language
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel preferred)
