Job Title: Telecaller (Insurance – Renewal & Follow-up)

Location: Ahmedabad (Office Based)

Job Description:

We are hiring a responsible and disciplined Telecaller for our insurance business in Ahmedabad.

This is a full-time office-based position. The role mainly involves calling existing clients for policy renewals and doing regular follow-ups.

Responsibilities:

• Call existing clients for insurance policy renewals

• Maintain daily follow-up list in Excel

• Send WhatsApp reminders to clients

• Coordinate with agents regarding pending work

• Send basic emails to insurance companies if required

• Provide daily update of completed and pending tasks

This role requires responsibility, consistency, and seriousness towards work.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi mandatory)

• Basic English understanding (for email reading/writing)

• Basic computer & Excel knowledge

• Comfortable with regular calling work

• Looking for long-term stable job (minimum 1 year)

• Full-time availability (10 AM – 7 PM)

Salary:

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 Fixed (Based on Experience)
