Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller who can communicate effectively in Hindi and English. Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Tamil, or Gujarati will be an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and supporting sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

Generate and qualify leads

Maintain call records and update customer details in the system

Follow up with interested customers

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, or Gujarati is a plus

Basic computer knowledge

Good convincing and negotiation skills
