About the Role:



We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team at Reneev Developers. This is a front-line position that involves engaging with prospective customers over the phone, sharing project-related information, and motivating them to schedule a site visit. You will play a vital role in shaping the customer’s first impression of our real estate offerings.





Key Responsibilities:




1. Outbound Calling



  • Make daily outbound calls to qualified leads listed in the CRM system.
  • Initiate conversations with potential customers, understand their property requirements, and gauge interest levels.




2. Project Briefing



  • Deliver a compelling and structured introduction to the real estate project – including location, unit types, key features, and lifestyle benefits.
  • Clarify basic project queries and filter customer intent for further follow-up.




3. Lead Engagement & Follow-up



  • Persuade customers to schedule a site visit based on their interest and suitability.
  • Maintain a follow-up cycle for warm leads and share updates with the field sales team.




4. CRM Management



  • Update call status, remarks, and scheduling data in the CRM after every interaction.
  • Maintain accuracy and hygiene in lead records and client communication logs.




5. Coordination & Reporting



  • Coordinate with the on-site sales team to pass on hot leads for timely follow-ups.
  • Report daily calling stats and site visit conversions to the Team Lead.






Key Skills & Requirements:



  • Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream
  • Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred
  • Clear tone, confidence, and convincing ability
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
