- Calling potential customers to introduce water purifier products (RO, UV, Alkaline) and converting leads into sales.
- Contacting existing customers to schedule routine maintenance, filter changes, or new installations for RO systems.
- Handling incoming calls to answer questions about product features, pricing, and service plans.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM database with accurate client information, call logs, and follow-up notes.
- Addressing customer doubts regarding water quality, service reliability, or product costs.
