Telecaller

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls to handle client inquiries related to visa services (Visitor Visa, Student Visa, PR, etc.)
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp
• Provide basic service information to clients (proper training will be provided)
• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Schedule consultations and update the team about client responses
• Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner
• Support daily office communication and coordination work

Specific Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and basic English
• Confident and polite speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of calling and WhatsApp usage
• Willingness to learn and grow (full training will be provided by the company)
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
• Punctual, responsible, and disciplined towards work
• Freshers can apply – No prior experience required (You will get training)
• Must be comfortable with on-site work in Ahmedabad (Office-based job)
