Position: Tele-Caller (Female Candidates Only)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives offered

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Dada Estate, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote fire safety products and systems.

Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and assist in closing sales.

Explain product details, offers, and company services clearly and confidently.

Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or Excel sheets.

Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team for appointments and order follow-ups.

Provide courteous and professional communication at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Gender: Female candidates only

Education: Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi & basic English

Pleasant and confident telephone manner

Good convincing and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Excel)
