We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves calling patients from provided leads who are experiencing skin or hair-related concerns, guiding them properly, and encouraging them to visit the clinic for consultation.

🔎 Key Responsibilities

✔ Call patients from the given lead database

✔ Understand their skin or hair concerns with empathy

✔ Explain clinic services and consultation process clearly

✔ Convince and schedule appointments for clinic visits

✔ Maintain call records and follow-up updates

✔ Ensure a professional and patient-friendly communication approach

🎯 Candidate Requirements

✔ Good communication and convincing skills

✔ Comfortable speaking on calls throughout the day

✔ Ability to handle objections and build trust

✔ Basic knowledge of skincare/haircare (preferred but not mandatory)

✔ Experience in telecalling / clinic / healthcare / counselling roles preferred
