Job Description – Female Telecaller

Position: Telecaller (Female)

Location: Katwawada, Gujarat

Work Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
• Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
• Provide accurate information about products/services.
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Support the sales and marketing team with telecommunication tasks.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati (English is a plus).
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred but not mandatory.
