Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our company. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining our services, and answering any questions they may have.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the resilience to handle rejections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound/Inbound Calling: Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to promote products or services using a predefined script.

Lead Generation: Identify sales opportunities and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) database with call details and customer feedback.

Query Resolution: Address customer concerns, grievances, and questions promptly and professionally.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
