Job Summary:

We are hiring Telecallers (Female candidates only) for our Ahmedabad office. The role involves calling customers, explaining products/services, handling inquiries, and supporting sales or service-related activities over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
• Explain company products or services clearly and professionally
• Maintain call records and update customer details
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required
