Lead Generation & Inquiry Handling
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about aviation, hospitality, and travel management courses.
- Record and update student details accurately in the CRM system.
Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and career events organized by the academy.
