Job Title: Telecaller – Solar EPC

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to support our Solar EPC sales team by generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments. The candidate should have good communication skills and a basic understanding of solar products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for solar rooftop and EPC projects.
• Explain solar solutions such as rooftop solar, net metering, and government subsidies.
• Generate and qualify leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.

Customer Interaction

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding solar installations.
• Educate customers on benefits of solar energy, cost savings, and ROI.
• Fix site visit appointments for the sales/technical team.

Data Management & Follow-up

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
• Regular follow-ups with interested customers to convert leads into opportunities.

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for lead handover.
• Prepare daily call reports and lead status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Gujarati).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Confidence, convincing ability, and customer-friendly approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telecalling or inside sales (Solar / Real Estate / Insurance preferred).
• Basic knowledge of solar EPC, rooftop systems, and net metering (training can be provided).
