Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Location: Odhav Ahmedabad
- Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls politely
- Share complete information about Water Park & Adventure Park packages
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp
- Assist customers with bookings, offers, and visit details
- Maintain proper follow-up with interested customers
- Ensure clear, friendly, and professional communication
- Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi (Basic English preferred)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to explain offers and park details clearly
- Basic mobile and WhatsApp handling skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
