Telecaller

We are hiring Telecallers for our Credit Card and Loan Sales Process. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining credit card and personal loan products, and assisting them with the application process. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding credit card and loan offers.
• Explain product features, eligibility, and benefits clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up regularly.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
• Basic knowledge of financial products (credit cards, loans, etc.).
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
