Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining event details, supporting the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with prospects

• Explain event details clearly to clients

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams

• Promote events and company services

• Manage and update client database

• Support the sales team in conversions

• Collect feedback from clients

• Report daily updates to the CRM Manager

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati

• Clear speaking voice with good listening skills

• Confident in making promotional calls

• Basic technical and computer skills

• Good time management and target-oriented approach

• Willingness to work full-time
